Everything here is reproducible. If you cannot check it yourself in thirty seconds, it is not worth publishing.
Not keyword strings. Actual sentences, like "What is the best med spa in Scottsdale?" and "Where should I get veneers in Austin?" The questions are fixed per industry so markets are comparable.
Search is enabled so answers reflect what someone gets today, not what a model memorised during training. Most markets use three assistants, which is 24 answers. Markets we scanned earlier used two, which is 16. Every page states its own denominator, and a score is a share of that market's answers, so compare within a market rather than across two with different denominators.
We extract each business named in each answer, along with the source pages the assistant cited to build it. Nothing is inferred. A business is listed once two separate answers have named it, because assistants format a recommendation and a section heading exactly the same way and one mention is not enough to tell them apart.
A business named in 4 of 16 answers scores 25%. No weighting, no secret formula. Simple enough that you can audit it.
Quality of care. We measure visibility, not whether a business is good. A great practice can be invisible and a mediocre one can be everywhere.
Google rankings. Different system, different sources. Ranking first on Google does not mean assistants know you exist.
Permanence. Assistants change sources constantly. Every score is a snapshot with a date on it.
We sell a report, and monthly work, to businesses that appear in these rankings. Some of the names on this site have bought one. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
What that changes about their score: nothing. A customer is measured by the same eight questions, on the same assistants, in the same run as everyone else in their market, and no score on this site has ever been edited by hand. There is no paid placement, no boost, and no way to buy one. If our work does move a customer's number, it moves because an assistant started naming them, which is the only thing we count.
The reason to say this out loud is that you have no way to tell from the outside, and a ranking that also sells to the ranked has to name that conflict before someone else does.
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. If you want your business removed from the index, say so and we will remove it. No argument, no retention attempt.
We publish measurements, not opinions. There are no "worst" lists here and there never will be.
Free, no email needed. You will see your score, who is ahead of you, and three of the eight questions we asked.
The complete list, including cities we are part-way through. The index on the home page only shows cities with three industries or more, so this is the honest full picture.
