We ask AI assistants a fixed, published set of questions and record which businesses they name. Every score is a measurement of what an assistant said on a given date, not a statement about the quality, competence or reputation of any business.
Assistants change constantly. A score can be different tomorrow. Our figures are analysis and opinion drawn from reproducible tests, and are offered as such.
If anything about your business here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. If you want your business removed from the index, say so and we will remove it. No argument, no attempt to keep you.
Business names are used to identify the businesses themselves. We claim no affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with anyone named here.
The report is a one-time research document delivered by email, usually within 24 hours and always within two business days from payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Because it is a digital product prepared and delivered immediately, reports are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If we fail to deliver, you get your money back.
We cannot guarantee that any assistant will recommend you, or that your score will improve. Nobody controls what an AI assistant says. We guarantee the work described, not an outcome.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aspyn LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
